📊 Experience: Approximately 2–3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of Personal Lines clients
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client inquiries
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, billing inquiries, and other service requests
• Manage policy renewals and review coverage needs
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, coverage, pricing, and policy changes
• Assist with quoting and placement of new Personal Lines business
• Prepare coverage comparisons and client proposals
• Support Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Condominium, and other personal insurance products
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system

🎯 Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of Personal Lines experience within an insurance brokerage or independent agency
• Hands-on experience with Homeowners and Personal Auto insurance
• Experience managing or supporting a Personal Lines book of business
• Knowledge of renewals, endorsements, policy structures, and carrier processes
• California Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of commercial Lines clients
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for commercial insurance clients
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, and cancellations
• Coordinate renewals and gather underwriting information
• Market accounts to insurance carriers and evaluate coverage and pricing options
• Prepare renewal proposals and coverage comparisons
• Work with Producers on new business and renewal submissions
• Communicate directly with underwriters and insurance carriers
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps
• Assist with claims reporting and carrier coordination
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

🎯 Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of Commercial Lines / Commercial P&C experience within an insurance brokerage or independent agency
• Hands-on experience servicing Commercial Property & Casualty accounts
• Experience managing or supporting a Commercial Lines book of business
• California Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and policy structures
• Experience with renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and carrier submissions
• Strong client-service and relationship-management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
