Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relations Manager to support Japanese real estate investors and oversee property-related operations in El Segundo, California.

This role combines client relations, property operations oversight, and real estate transaction support. It is ideal for professionals with strong real estate experience who are comfortable working directly with Japanese investors and handling cross-border communication.

• 💰 Salary: $80K + Commission

🧾 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Client Relations & Investor Support

• Serve as a primary contact for Japanese real estate investors
• Provide reporting, updates, and consultation on property performance
• Maintain clear bilingual communication with clients and internal teams

🏢 Property Operations Oversight

• Coordinate with property management companies and vendors
• Monitor property performance, maintenance, and tenant matters
• Review financial and operational reports

🏡 Real Estate Sales & Transaction Support

• Support property acquisitions and sales processes
• Conduct property tours for clients
• Review contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and related parties

🔄 Cross-Border & Internal Coordination

• Communicate with overseas stakeholders and internal teams
• Support reporting, operations, and project coordination

👥 Team Leadership

• Supervise and support client relations staff
• Provide guidance, training, and performance oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License required
• Strong experience in real estate sales and/or property management
• Business-level English and Japanese (required)
• Experience working with clients in a professional environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
