National Account Sales Associate – Club Channel

We are seeking a National Account Sales Associate to support our Club Channel business (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s). In this role, you will help drive sales growth while representing a globally recognized Japanese snack brand expanding across the U.S.

Experience in food industry sales and working with major retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Kroger, or Walmart is highly valued. After initial training, employees enjoy a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week and flexible work hours within a supportive team environment.

     📍 Position Details

     📌  Location: Irvine, CA
     💼 Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
     💰 Salary: $65K – $80K per year
     ⏰ Schedule: 8AM-5PM
     🏢 Work Style: Hybrid (1 day in office)
     🕒 Flex Time: Available after 3 months
     ✈️ Travel: Up to 30% (local & domestic)

       🚀 What You’ll Do

• Support national/key accounts in the Club Channel
• Manage promotional calendars, item setup, and forecasting tools
• Maintain accurate POS data and sales trackers
• Support buyer presentations and broker communications
• Conduct competitive market analysis and comp-shop visits
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and Operations
• Support roadshows, displays, and sample shipments
• Assist with reporting, audits, and expense tracking
  
  🎓 What We’re Looking For
  -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  -1–2 years supporting national or key accounts (Club/Mass retail preferred)
  -Experience with forecasting, promotional execution, or broker coordination preferred
  -Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  -Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
  -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  -Willingness to travel up to 30%

  🎓 求める人物像

• ビジネス／マーケティング関連の学士号、または同等の経験
• ナショナル／キーアカウントサポート経験1～2年（Club/Mass retail歓迎）
• フォーキャスト・プロモーション管理経験があれば尚可
• Excel・PowerPointスキル
• 細部まで丁寧に対応できる方
