This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you’ll support customers from first contact to after-sales service, promoting high-quality Japanese food machinery across the U.S. market.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Visit potential customers and conduct sales presentations
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices
• Demonstrate machines in showrooms or at customer sites
• Deliver machines and provide operational training
• Offer after-sales support and technical follow-up
• Attend internal sales meetings and exhibitions
• Support internal documentation and cross-departmental collaboration

• You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience (machinery or manufacturing preferred)
• You have strong communication and coordination skills
