Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead ERP implementation initiatives while also supporting presales activities and business development efforts.

This role combines project leadership, solution consulting, and client-facing responsibilities, working closely with executive leadership, sales teams, offshore engineering teams, and clients. 📍 Position Details

• 📍 Location: Torrance, CA
• 💰 Salary: $90K – $110K (commensurate with experience)
• 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time / Exempt

• 🌎 Language: English (Business Level) / Japanese (Conversational Level or above)
• ✈️ Travel: Occasional travel to client sites required

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from discovery to post-go-live support
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Support pre-sales activities including client meetings, solution design, and proposals
• Translate business requirements into ERP configurations and system solutions
• Collaborate with offshore engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency
• Advise clients on Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes
• Support user testing (UAT), training, and system adoption
• Mentor junior team members and support internal ERP capability development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
• 2+ years of project leadership or project management experience
• Experience in presales or solution consulting
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (conversational level or above)
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Availability for hybrid work

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP consulting or IT services firms
• Experience supporting Japanese companies or subsidiaries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
