📍 Position Details

• 📌 Location: Los Angeles, CA
• 💼 Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
• 🌐 Language: English & Japanese (Business Level)
• 💰 Compensation: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

• 📄 Confirm import documents and submit them to Customs Brokers
• 🛃 Monitor clearance status with CBP and other government agencies
• 📢 Notify customers of delays or irregularities and coordinate solutions
• 🚚 Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules with customers and vendors
• 📦 Verify cargo condition and perform re-conditioning when necessary
• 🧊 Manage inventory in warehouse, cooler, and freezer storage
• 🌐 Communicate daily with overseas and domestic agents and customers
