Our client is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Associate to join their team in Des Moines, Washington.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products
• Build strong relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams including accounting for timely payments
• Manage and update orders in the company database
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• Coordinate urgent deliveries based on customer needs
• Participate in sales meetings and company events
• Maintain company vehicle and follow company policies
  
  

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level English and Korean (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Native-level Korean proficiency
• Business-level Japanese skills
• 2+ years of sales or food industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Japanese food or beverages
• Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 preferred)
