💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage quality assurance processes and supervise QA staff
• Serve as SQF practitioner and PCQI; maintain and improve food safety programs
• Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
• Evaluate ingredients, labels, packaging, and finished products for compliance
• Lead or support regulatory reviews (HACCP, FSMA, Food Defense, etc.)
• Collaborate with R&D and operations on new product development and quality testing
• Conduct training on GMP, HACCP, allergens, and other QA topics
• Support third-party audits and respond to customer complaints

👤 You Might Be a Fit If…

• 5+ years of QA experience in food or manufacturing, including leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with compliance, auditing, and safety programs (HACCP, SQF, FSMA)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Team player with the ability to manage deadlines and diverse tasks
• Business-level English (Japanese helpful but not required)

• チームマネジメント経験のある方
• 英語ビジネスレベル（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）
