Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Language: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English
License: Must be licensed in California or eligible for bar admission

💼 What You’ll Do

• Provide legal counsel in areas such as corporate law, personal injury, litigation, or estate planning
• Draft, translate, and review contracts and legal documents in both Japanese and English
• Communicate with Japanese clients and legal representatives
• Conduct legal research and analysis for cross-border cases
• Support senior attorneys in casework and client development

👤 You Might Be a Fit If…

• You are licensed to practice law in California (or bar-eligible)
• You have native or near-native fluency in both Japanese and English
• You have 1–3 years of legal experience (or are a recent JD graduate with strong interest in U.S.-Japan matters)
• You understand Japanese business culture and communication
• You’re proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow in international law

💼 主な業務内容

• 企業法務、交通事故、相続・信託、訴訟などに関する法的アドバイスの提供
• 契約書や法的書類の作成・翻訳（日英両言語）
• 日本のクライアントおよび法律関係者との連絡・調整
• 日米間の法務調査および分析
• シニア弁護士の案件サポート、クライアント対応補助

👤 求める人物像

• カリフォルニア州弁護士資格を保有、または取得資格がある方
• 日本語・英語ともにネイティブまたはそれに準ずるレベル
• 弁護士経験1〜3年程度（JD修了直後の方も意欲があれば歓迎）
• 日本企業文化や法律制度への理解がある方歓迎
• 柔軟性と成長意欲を持ち、チームの一員として主体的に動ける方
